Basic Facts About Training

Becoming A Foster Parent

Every State within the United States requires an individual to complete foster parent training before they can be licensed for foster parenting. The amount of foster parent training that an individual will be required to complete will vary a great deal from State to State.

Foster parenting is a very large responsibility and it may present an individual with many problems and complications. In most cases, the children who are in the foster care have suffered from abuse, neglect, and attachment disorders.
